First of all, thank you for your interest in CheckHub ! In order to create an account, click on “Get Started” on the Home Page. From there, you will be asked some basic information. Then, someone from our team will get in touch with you and help you with the finalization of your CheckHub account.
Both the data that is stored on your profile and the documents that you receive on CheckHub are secured in accordance with the most state of the art security standards. Furthermore, please note that in most cases, we do not store the documents as they are directly sent and hosted on our customers’ servers.
No! Note that when you access your profile, you are only able to upload documents. Once your document is uploaded, an unreadable thumbnail of your document appears. This blurred thumbnail is the only data that we keep about your document, and as it is blurred, you don’t have to worry about your personal information: nobody can read it, even when zooming in.
We are not able to help you with matters related to the requests that were sent to you. If you do not understand why you receive such texts or mails, or if you have questions regarding the documents you uploaded or need to upload, please contact the requester.
